Flor Lopez, Leadership Development Director
Flor Lopez is one of the founding members of Southwest Creations and over the past two decades has been promoted from one of our in-house childcare providers to Handwork Department Manager to her current position as Leadership Development Director.
As our Leadership Development Director, Flor ensures employee leadership development remains central to the work all employees do at Southwest Creations. She works closely with employees to set and reach their personal and professional goals, she develops training programs and manages all employee evaluations.
